Seth A. Woolson
Principal
Seth Woolson represents individuals, businesses, insurance companies, and governments in a variety of construction, contractual, real estate, and litigation matters. During his sixteen plus years of practice, Seth has developed significant experience representing construction contractors, realtors, community associations, property owners, and port districts in a wide variety of circumstances, including contract negotiations, claims management, real estate transactions, general governance, and litigation.
Seth Woolson graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and joined the firm in 2006. In January of 2014, Seth became a principal in the firm. Seth is a member of the Associated General Contractors and currently serves on the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
