As a matter of firm policy, we only represent employers. We advise clients concerning employment practices, risk management, loss prevention, claims handling, and defense litigation with respect to claims involving the Americans With Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and the parallel State statutes, as well as breach of contract and wrongful termination, on behalf of various local and national business interests.
Chmelik Sitkin & Davis P.S. has successfully negotiated labor contracts for our municipal and commercial clients. Our firm advises clients to take a proactive and preventative approach to employment and wage issues and, accordingly, counsels clients on appropriate personnel policies and practices. We also provide in-house training to managerial, supervisory, and entry-level employees.
